Shipping policy

Everything below applies to delivery addresses in the United States. If you are ordering from anywhere else, email us before you place the order and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you and how long it will take.

Processing time

Orders are checked and passed to our fulfilment partner within 2 business days. You get an order confirmation straight away, and a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel starts moving.

Delivery time

Our products are shipped from overseas fulfilment partners, so delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. Most orders arrive within 20 business days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived 30 calendar days after dispatch, email us and we will refund it in full. You keep the parcel if it turns up later.

Separate parcels

Multi-packs are sometimes sent in more than one parcel and can arrive on different days. There is no extra charge for this, and each parcel gets its own tracking.

Shipping cost

Free delivery on orders of $25 or more. Under $25, delivery is a flat $4.99, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will either resend it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the item price minus the original shipping.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when the parcel is collected. It can take a few days before the first scan appears. If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.
